Knowledgeable and fun surfing teacher, with a variety of surfboard rentals. Friendly and dedicated staff create a joyful and exceptional stay.

The location was amazing, just a short walk to a beautiful private beach. the meals provided were delicious and the hosts were warm and friendly. having four adorable puppies to play with was a definite highlight.

The accommodations felt more like camping than a hotel, which may not be to everyone's liking. getting to and from the nearest town required some time and effort.

We loved the low-budget accommodations and the beachfront location at Miguel's Surf Camp. The handcrafted camp had a wonderful familial atmosphere, and we enjoyed the authentic experience of staying among locals. We highly recommend taking surf lessons from Miguel and trying the delicious Costa Rican food.

I recently stayed at Miguel's surf camp for a week and had an amazing time! The location right on the Pacific Ocean was breathtaking and provided the perfect backdrop for my surf lessons. We also had the opportunity to try surfing, with Miguel as our patient and encouraging instructor. we had a nice experience at this hidden gem.
